CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OF ELECTIONS

The Township Clerk is responsible for the selection of polling places, determining what offices are vacant, and executing the logistics of the Primary and General Elections.  

PRIMARY ELECTION
The Primary Election is always the first Tuesdays after the first Monday in June.  Candidates that choose to run in either political party file petitions to appear in the ballot.  The winners of the Primary Election for Democrat and Republican with there respective parties.  Independents must file to run in the General Election by the June Primary, though they are not on any ballot.  

GENERAL ELECTION
The General Election occurs the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November.  The Candidates were selected in the Primary Election of the two political parties.

ELECTION DISTRICTS:
Election districts 1, 2, and 5 vote at the Township Building, 106 Route 94, Blairstown.  
Election districts 3 & 4  vote at the Evangelical Free Church of Blairstown, 11 Lambert Road, Blairstown.
